This week, we launched our new Strategic Clinical Plan for the Trust, with information sessions for colleagues led by Medical Director, John Hunter.
The plan builds on the Trust strategy ‘Our Healthy Future Together’ and sets out our clinical approach to supporting the Trust’s strategic vision to deliver outstanding care and improve the health of all the people we serve.
The plan sets out a number of ambitions to improve and transform services across the Trust, including recently announced plans to develop a brand-new Community Diagnostic Centre at Congleton War Memorial Hospital, major investment to implement a new Digital Clinical System, and our ongoing commitment to work with local partners to deliver services in community settings across the borough.
These ambitions build on the excellent work delivered across the Trust in recent years such as a brand-new Elective Treatment Centre, enhanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging facilities, Same Day Emergency Care services and the implementation of virtual wards and clinics.
