We are currently experiencing some technical issues regarding the issuing of patient letters to GPs, which has resulted in a small number being released to the wrong GP practice.

Whilst we look into this issue, we would greatly appreciate you contacting us if you are waiting longer than expected to hear back from your GP following an appointment.

We are assured that this issue will be resolved soon and will keep you updated on our website.
