Have your say! Share your experiences of health and care in East Cheshire

23 August 2024

Residents in East Cheshire are being encouraged to share their experiences of local health and care services.

East Cheshire NHS Trust are inviting those who have used their services to provide a valuable insight of their experience through a short survey.

Information gathered will help with the development of the Trust’s new Patient and Public Experience and Engagement strategy, which will focus on developing existing patient priorities as well as continuing to develop and improve our services to meet the needs of the communities we serve

East Cheshire NHS Trust’s Deputy Chief Nurse, Paul Devlin, said: “We are encouraging everyone who lives in East Cheshire to take part in the survey to let us know about their experiences and views of our local NHS and care services.

“It matters to us that we are truly listening to what our patients and communities say, how we can continually improve the services that we offer, and how we develop our services in partnership with our patients and service users.”

The survey will take approximately ten minutes to complete and asks participants about their experiences of current services, what is working well and where further improvements could be made.

The survey can be completed online here, or by filling out a questionnaire at one of Macclesfield, Congleton or Knutsford Hospitals.
